Ready for some baking?

I just completed a review of Julian Day’s Classic Artisan Baking for cookthatbook.com. I really enjoyed working through the recipes in this book and making pictures of them. With lots of favourites, old and new, I really recommend this book for anyone who loves to bake.  Here’s one of my favourite shots from the shoot.
